What To Do If You Need A Refund
At UK ADHD, we aim to deliver a professional, reliable, and positive experience for every client who books an ADHD assessment with us. We recognise that situations can change, so this refund policy outlines when you may be entitled to a refund and how to make a request.
When refunds apply
A refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Early cancellations – If you cancel your booked ADHD assessment more than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will receive your payment back in full.
- Service interruption – If your assessment cannot take place due to technical difficulties, staff unavailability, or other operational reasons on our part, we will issue a full refund.
- Accidental duplicate charges – If two identical payments are made in error, we will return the duplicated amount after confirmation from our payment processor.
Services that are non-refundable
Certain payments cannot be refunded once services have been delivered or missed. These include:
- ADHD assessments that have already been completed
- Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice
- Any optional extras, such as written reports or additional consultations, once these have been prepared or carried out
How to request a refund
If you wish to request a refund, please get in touch with our support team within 14 days of making payment. When contacting us, include:
- Your full name
- The booking or transaction reference
- A short explanation of the reason for your request
Once your request is approved, we aim to complete all refunds within five to seven working days. Refunds are always returned to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
